Undelete Compact Flash Card

Is there any way to recover deleted pictures/video from a compact flash card? I have noticed several software downloads online and wondered if anyone has had any experience with them or knows of another method. Thanks for your help in advance.

I haven't run into that yet. Fastfile Undelete is pretty good at recovering files on hard drives.

There is an open source linux utility called Testdisk, I think it has an option to recover from compact flash, but its been awhile since I used it. I do believe there is a Windows version.
