Did I miss something?
Was this posted in the paper and I missed it?

What are the plastic wraps (ties) doing on mailboxes? I noticed one on mine and several on the street. Today I noticed them on every mailbox on Elmwood Street in Oak Park but not on other streets.

What are they for and why some but not all?
