Property Across From Wal-Mart
I have heard a couple of stories about who is moving to the land being cleared by Robertson Bank West side Branch. I have heard that John Deere is moving out there as well as 2 Rivers Ford.

Has anyone else heard this?
I had to stop and ask self,"Do I really need to be here", and self says,"Only in the cover of darkness."

Ranger, weren't we hearing rumors last year about some subdivisions being built back there? Or is that farther back?

Not being in Demop, I don't know exactly what's been cleared.

Have heard 2 Rivers Ford was talking about building somewhere west on 80 but not sure on the exact location and if they finally decided to build or not.

I live on Maria and have been keeping up with what is going on.
Talked to someone at City Hall yesterday and had them check into it for me.
As of now the only thing the land owner has permission to do is excavating.
The area is zoned for business, but when the property goes up for sale it has to be subdivided and everyone with joining property ( which would be us) has to be notified. I am going by City Hall tomorrow to pick up a list (4 pages) of places that can be built there.

Someone called me Monday and told me that a Goodys would be built there..

I have heard a lot of things, I don"t think they should build anything there. People on Maria Street have a traffic and speeding problem as it is.
