I have to give ESPN a big thumbs down to what they decided to do earlier today. Alabama softball was on. Alabama was playing UCLA in the NCAA Tournament. The game was tied 2-2 at the end of regulation. ESPN decides that they are going to cut it off. I dont think this is right. If it were the mens NCAA Tournament, would they have cut it Our Crimson Tide lost the game 5-2. short? I honestly do not think they would have. I highly disagree with their call. I am not the only one that disagrees with it. I have heard complaints already from people. Horrible move ESPN!
:dunno:

I agree with you Big Jim. I am a big Bama fan and I watch all sporting events in which the Tide is involved. Needless to say I was watching the game and was pretty pissed off that the cut the game off the go to SportsCenter. I could understand if they were cutting to go to another sporting event, but not for SportsCenter.

My boss man was ticked too...HE is a huge Bama softball fan and spends hundreds of dollars for the Tide and then dont even get to see the end....
Sportscenter only repeats some 6 times a day. All televised events should be aware of the possibility of overtime or xtra innings.
Plus,it's not like you can't get the same information out of the sports page the next day.I like Sportscenter, but come on,that was wrong.(especially since that was one of our last games of the season)
