The Borat Movie
ok. so, i'm a little ashamed that i actually went to see the new Borat movie (and even more ashamed that i'm admitting it on a forum)...BUT for those of you who plan to see it, Demopolis has a minor (ok very very minor) part in the movie. if you look to the right of the screen during the scene where Borat wanders onto the live weather report, you'll see very clearly "Demopo." the footage was caught when Borat was featured on a Jackson, MS news station (which explains why "Demopo" was on the screen). apparently, he caused quite a bit of trouble while he was there (http://www.metro.co.uk/fame/article....1&in_page_id=7) .
anyway, i know it's silly, but i enjoyed seeing it. it made me smile (not to mention a little homesick).

Amazing, I saw the movie too! I looked like a huge dork during that part. It was a sold out viewing when I saw it and I was like.... "OHMIGHOSH, Demopolis, guys thats Demopolis!"

Im glad Im not the only one who noticed.

A friend of mine got advance tickets to see it a month ago. He said 60 people started watching the movie and by the end of it, only 25 or so were left. Personally, I think it's hilarious but I can see how some people wouldn't enjoy it. I am a huge Ali G show fan, so of course I love the Borat movie.
