I can work with a computer but I can't work on one.What would be the problem if you can get power to your monitor but not your tower?I've checked plugs,outlets and connections.Even the little power button on the front will not light up?Any suggestions?And if so,where to go get it fixed?
ROb- if you checked the power cord in the back and it's attached correctly, then it's most likely the powersource. If you can, get another power cord and make sure it's not the plug.

Do you have your tower plugged directly into a wall socket or a surge protector? Try unplugging it and plugging the tower into a different socket and see if that works. If plugged into a surge protector, swap the plugs around or move the plug to the power cord to an unused socket.

If you mean the one on the MB, no. The PS is the first thing to power up, the fan should be running at least.
