Coffee Shop in Demopolis!

Just wanted to let everyone know that Pamper Me Perfect has now officially got there coffee cafe up and going! They had a few of their friends, including me, over last night for a taste test and it was wonderful!!

Not only can you now get cappichino (sp?) but any mulitude flavors of different blends of coffees, latte, expresso and more. They have a new truffle case that is full of absolutely sinful chocolates and pastries and other candies to choose from. Our own Elizabeth Ogden provides the pastries and specialty candies for the shop so you know they are the best. For instance she has some chocolate filled croussants that look divine and chocolate covered peppermints!

I had a wonderful cup of "Rain Forest" Blend which if I remember correctly had the flavors of caramel, and several differents nuts in it and it was really good!

They will start opening at 7am for you early risers so people can stop by to pick up their morning coffee and treat on their way to work .

They also have some cute little bistro tables set up now so you can come and sit and enjoy your coffee there while you look around at all their beautiful items, including some of my paintings on their walls and Michael's incredible photo's as well. :)

I believe now they are 7 to 5:30 and she said they will be open every Saturday until Christmas.

They are still in the old location next to Napoleon's. The new location won't be ready til next year as they will be doing a lot of work and research into the newly found well which will be incorporated into the design for the interior of the shop. So they decided to go ahead with the coffee shop plans with the one they have now even though it's rather small, with all the rearranging they did, thy have plenty of room for the two table and chair sets in it.

Ok, so I got to be one of lucky few that was invited to a taste test Wednesday night also. My money is on the vanilla-caramel cappichino! You all have GOT to try one. Those truffles are pretty tasty too. The one I ate tasted like butter pecan ice cream. Laura said that she will be ordering her sugar-free truffles next week I believe so she will have something for everyone!

Thanks to all that came by today! I didn't expect so many today but it really helped us work out any kinks. We stayed after tonight to work on the recipe for the mochas and hot cocoas. With a little help from Elizabeth Ogden, I think we got it down now! Come by and try them along with all the new goodies that Elizabeth brought today. Hope to see ya there.

Well folks I went by there this morning and got a vanilla caramel latte and it was wonderful! In case you're still not sure hon, Pamper Me Perfect is located downtown next to the Demopolis Inn by the park. I went by this morning and try a cup of their Mocha and boy was it ever good! So now I have two favorites, Mocha and Caramel Vanilla Latte! Sure makes it hard to choose. They have really good regular coffee too!

Look for the blue and white wreath with blue and white balls hanging on a black door and look for "Buford" - our warmly dressed, skinny snow man - hanging between the windows. I assure you that if you find Buford, you will be in the right place. I haven't seen another one of him hanging around anywhere. I'll make sure one of the bistro tables is out front also.

FYI...Pamper me Perfect is now open on Sundays! I think the hours are 10:30 til 2:00. My step-daughter started opening up the shop on Sunday's a couple of weeks ago. Just think about it, spend the morning in Church, go eat a wonderful Sunday dinner, then go on Pamper me Perfect for a WONDERFUL truffle(and yes they have sugar free) and a cup of coffee! What a Sunday! lol!

I didn't realize what a little treasure Pamper Me Perfect was until the other day.

After eating a great meal at Napoleons we walk walk in and started looking around. I decided to have a cup of coffee and let me tell you it was the better than Starbucks. I had the Vanilla Carmel coffee and it was soooo goood. I also bought some homemade biscottis that were good too.

I just got back from a coffee house in Mobile with a vanilla caramel latte. It did not come close to the one that I had from PMP. I can't wait to get back to Demopolis for another visit.

sum_1_two and anabelle we have a double chocolate mocha mint cookie now that has esspresso in it. Warning, it is addictive! So you can drink and eat you caffine!!! It's not bitter at all. Plus cocolate has caffine in it if it's not white. The darker it is the stronger the caffine.

I was able to visit Pamper Me Perfect again today since I was in town. The Caramel Vanilla Latte was superb as always. I broke down and bought some of the truffles and goodies. We all shared the sampling after supper. I don't remember the names of the truffles I got, but OMG, you've got to try them. They all received praises from my husband and son. I understand that they will be moving to their new location soon. Please support this wonderful little shop!!!

I can't wait til they get moved over to the new location so they'll have a lot more room to add more goodies and maybe more places to sit and chat and have a cup of her wonderful caramel latte! Maybe when the Demopolis Well is finished and they can build a cute topper on it then the rest will just come together. Of course with a lot of work and sweat on Michael's part I'm sure. LOL

Must not read the forums too often. Pamper Me Perfect is mentioned a lot in here and has the best coffee and chocolates around, not to mention all kind of unique gift basket items and beauty items. They're right next door to Napoleon's in the old Demopolis Inn downtown.

I Love their essential oils! The peppermint oil makes our home smell delicious and helps with sinus problems.
My husband loves the incredible coffee and our son loves the chocolate truffles!

Most importantly, the owners of PMP are so gracious. Love doing business with them... Demopolis is so fortunate to have PMP's Laura and Michael.

I really enjoyed my visit to Pamper Me Perfect last Friday. My only complaint is that they are not located here. I could use to visiting and having me a yummy coffee every day.

The shop is so cute and inviting. The truffles looked so good. Can't wait to go back. The coffee is calling my name...........
