Yo...little Marie
I went last night and took my son to see Rocky Balboa. There werent many people in the theatre and I have read a couple of reviews that were unflattering of Stallone and this movie. I TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH THE CRITICS!

I was a big Rocky fan and loved every movie except the last one. I wanted to kill Tommy Morrison in that last one. But this is by far IMO the best Rocky yet. I loved it! The story was touching and brought back all these "Rocky" memories from growing up. It wasn't cheesy in the least and I would highly reccomend going to see it. I will go again before new years and I never see a movie more than once.

I agree, what was I thinking?

I hate to go on and on about the movie and then someone else see it and get the opposite opinion. I will say this and hush about it. Sometimes on movies like this I will see them and say, well I wish they would have done this or that or I wish it would have ended like this or that. I wouldn't change a thing about this story and the way it was told. Also the way the movie was filmed, I guess you would say the cinematography (sp) was also very impressive. I laughed, I cried, and I was inspired by this film. It don't get no better than that in my opinion.

I too am a big Rocky fan and I haven't seen the new one yet but I am going to go. I also had heard bad things about it so after I read your thread I was happy to hear that you give it a good review.
