We opened in 2004 and have been growing ever since.
Curves is the first fitness and weight loss facility to offer a 30 minute exercise program. We also are the first to teach weight management that incorporates a "temporary" diet which gives "permanent" results. Wouldn't it be nice to lose that ever returning weight once and for all? Finally someone can show you how.
Classes Start Thursday, January 11th at 7:00 pm!! Call for more info. on the weight management class!!

Owner Laura Arnold and her staff provide their members with a fun, convenient, comfortable, supportive, and motivating environment. The Curves workout just takes 30 minutes and includes all 5 components of a complete exercise program (warm-up, cardiovascular, strength training, cool down, and stretching). Whether you have a little or a lot to lose or you just want to firm up, Curves has got the workout for you!
Call for an appointment today and see why everybody is talking about us!

Watched "The View" today and saw how Curves had helped a woman lose the weight of almost two people. It was very interesting. Curves is a program that can help so many people. It is designed to fit into any woman's life style.

I was once a member of Curves and it was fun! I am having to figure out how to reschedule it back into my hectic life...it really does make a difference.

I enjoyed it when I was a member (when Janet was owner) but it got old. I mean doing the same routine everytime I went on the same equipment. And then there were the hours; for people that work and have families we have to work exercise in around laundry and the school route. I found that the hours of operations were not very convient. I haven't check it out since the new owners took over. Does anyone know if their hours are more flexible or if they have any new equipment?

What are the operating hours? That was my demise....trying to work into my schedule with the other duties of being a mom: taxi driver, ATM and short order cook.

Great way to start the weekend. I always try to get up and take an early class at Gold's if I am in town for the weekend.

I think it is great that Laura is asking what hours would help the working mother to be able to have time for a work out. If everyone would give her information that would help them, she will try to include hours on certain days to help. Sounds like a winner to me. And yes, new equipment has been added. The best thing is the stretch equipment. It is a workout within itself!! Makes you feel really good after a work out.

Are there any gyms in town that provide child care? I work out at Gold's here in Atlanta and there is no way I could fit it in if they did not have "Golds Gems".

No, Reynolds gym has an area where your kids can play, but there is no one there to supervise them, just a TV and a couch.

That really makes it hard for parents. My kids love to go workout. Of course, they are not actually doing anything, but I think it shows them at a young age that a healthy lifestyle is a good choice.
