Mozilla - Firefox

Just curious if anyone else uses Mozilla's new Firefox 0.9 (browser)? I'm a little new to it, but I like a lot better than Internet Explorer. Seems more secure and I've tinkered with some configurations and my pages are loading a lot faster. I'm going to keep playing around with it as there seems to be a lot that can be done to set it up the way I want it! Blocks pop-ups and all that good stuff too! Also, it isn't by Microsoft, so for me that's a biggie! If anyone else out there uses it and knows some tricks, let me know! If you don't use it, I'd encourage you to check it out!

Been using it since version .7. Used to use opera almost 95% of the time, then slowly switch to Firefox. I will say this though about Internet Explorer, While I would very rarely touch it before, since I installed SP2(Release Candidate 2), I feel safe enough to use it more often since it is virtually immune to all the issues that plagued it previously, and it has an even superior pop-up blocker than the other browsers. But, I still use Firefox 95% of the time.

"The House of the Venerable and Inscrutable Colonel was what they called it when they were speaking Chinese. Venerable because of his goatee, white as the dogwood blossom, a badge of unimpeachable credibility in Confucian eyes. Inscrutable because he has gone to his grave without divulging the Secret of the Eleven Herbs and Spices."

Ditto. Firefox doesn't pick up spyware nearly as easily.

I recommend it to my customers and that they use IE6 for whatever sites don't work with Firefox, which happens alot with businesses on sites with custom apps.

Online purchasing is hit and miss with Firefox. Quite a few do not work at all. It is still my browser of choice.
