Homes for 110 birds
SEATTLE (AP) - The Seattle Animal Shelter found new homes Wednesday for 110 parakeets discovered in a one-bedroom apartment. At least 30 people, holding cages the shelter required for free adoption of the bright, multicolored birds, were lined up waiting when the shelter opened at noon.

Oh my goodness ....can you imagine the noise in that apartment. We have two cockatiels and sometimes they are VERY loud! Good to know these birds got homes.

Wow. Thats a whole buncha tropical poultry.

I love birds. My precious Tallulah Pearl has been gone about 8 years now. Percival Poindexter gone about a year now.
