If you put all your socks with holes in them outside your window you know what paraskevidekatriaphobia is.

750 Million Dollars will be LOST in business because people will not shop, travel or take risks of any kind because of paraskevidekatriaphobia.

U.S. Navy to this day will not launch a ship on this day because of paraskevidekatriaphobia.

For those of Us who have abnormally Bad Luck throughout the Year, such as:
Airconditioning going out in the middle of July; Washing machine going out right after school starts; Hot Water heater busts on Christmas Day... etc Friday the 13th Isn't All That Bad!!!!! LOL

My unluckiest days have always ended in 4 or 8....4th, 8th, 14th, 18th, 24th, and 28th. In fact, I broke my left femur in April (4th month) of one year and August (8th month) of another. My ex-fiance and I broke off our engagement on the January 18, 1986. Dad had heart failure on March 14, 2004, and geigerlass had emergency open-heart surgery on August 8, 2006 (8/8/06).

So...like lady_fighter...Friday the 13th can't be that bad at all!

Well considering my hubby was born on friday the 13th in January I guess good things do happen on that day...or bad depends on who you are asking. My best friend is celebrating her 13th wedding anniversary today! Freaky freaky! LOL I have to admit my mother in law was much more fearful of her birthday last year than any friday the 13th. Her birthday was June 6th!

Friday the 13th is lucky for me too! My son was born on a Friday the 13th and it was a full moon! I have a cousin who has the same birthday as my son. When she was born it was Friday the 13th and a full moon also!


I hope it is a lucky day for us....my son has his first Little League game tonight!
