We've been testing our wireless broadband internet service in the Forkland area now for about 2 months and we're ready to go live. I'm taking signups for interested persons in the Forkland area, including Tishabee and Steam Plant. The cost is $150 to install and $49.95 a month. (For those of you who think that's high checkout the alternative, satellite internet.) Service is equivalent to DSL and is not affected by weather like satellite.

We're only bringing on 30 people in our initial group so signup now. We will be adding additional groups of 30 over time so if you don't get in on the first group signup for a later group. For more info call 334-287-0123.

This is an awesome service for anyone unable to receive DSL/cable internet.

If you ever expand down Rangeline I know of several customers who would jump on the opportunity.

I believe Collins already provide wireless broadband in that area. I'm not sure how far down they go but I know they cover some of the southern fringe areas of Demop. You might want to check with them on that.
