The Red Barn has been a local favorite in Demopolis since it opened some 25 years ago. The restaurant is located in a rustic barn, with the wood floors and decor contributing to the ambiance. They offer a fresh salad bar, full wet bar (located upstairs in the "loft". Reservations are accepted, and walk-ins are seated by a hostess as room allows. Wait times vary from none to 30 minutes depending on the crowd. Tables are served by waitresses. Call-ins are accepted, though tough to get in after 6pm.

The Loft is open late, and features some tables, booths, a bar, and pool tables.

[I do enjoy the Red Barn and the service is usually great but it's a bit loud for an intimate meal. Great steak and personally, I love the shrimp and cheese boat.

If I was rich I would turn my kitchen into a game room and eat Red Barn every day. It is one of the best places I have eaten, not just in Demopolis but best places period. Two thumbs up! Way up!

Red Barn is great for some good steak and even nicer atmosphere. Not too places around here have that. Perfect Date Night place to go.

Fir the first time I actually ate dinner there.... I was overwhelmed! The food was so good! I expected quickie food and this was excellent! Good job!

Try the fried dill pickles as an appetizer.

As anyone tried the red barns ribs yet? They are the best I have ever eaten and they are right there with the ones I have judged in all the BBQ contest that I have been to. He needs to enter the COTR BBQ conest this year. I had some today and they were the bomb. Go for it Roger!!!!! I can see big things for you.

I have never had a bad meal at the Red Barn. We travel from Tuscaloosa county to eat there when we can!

The food is yummy and has a lot of flavor. I like that they offer veggies as a side item. Not many places offer anything besides potatoes.
