Anti-virus scan...
For the last several days, I have tried running an anti-virus program called Housecall. It is on the Westal.net site under virus help. I have used it before and it worked great. I presently am using AVG but I always run another scan in addition once a month or so as sometimes other scans find different problems. I was just wondering did anyone else try to use Housecall lately and did it complete the scan? I tried all afternoon with no luck. Thank you in advance for your responses. Hugs to all!

Are you having any problems, or just checking your pc? It's probably a conflict with the AVG. I wouldn't be concerned unless you have an issue AVG isn't helping you with.

Thank you Dave. No, I'm not having any problems, I'm just one that does keep my pc scanned. In the past Housecall was just a back up scan to try to catch things that possible AVG didn't catch. I usually run for my spyware programs; A-Squared, AVG spyware, Spybot and Adware. I just like to keep my pc squeaky clean.

Try going to www.pc-cillin.com and run it from there. My husband has AVG but he got a virus, and it didnt pick it up and house call did.

Does pc-cillin actually delete items or just scan and then you have to purchase the software or download it?

It'll delet them for you, it's house call just avalible throught trend micro the ppl who made it.
