FREE Women's Self-Defense Seminar
Hello Dlive!!

Ross TaeKwonDo Academy & Fitness
will be teaching a
"FREE Women's Self-Defense Seminar"

Date: November 3rd
Time: 10:00 a.m.
(approximately 2.5 hrs, depending on number of participants)
Location: Demopolis High School Gymnasium
Speakers for this Event: Sgt501

This Seminar will go over various topics, some of which may include: Definition of Rape, Potential Targets, Profiles of Male rapists/attackers, How to Avoid from appearing to be a target, and learning self-protection skills to defend against any kind of assault.

This seminar will benefit all women both young and old!!

**Wear comfortable gym clothing. There will be a lot of hands on training. Bring a Water bottle**

Thanks to the DHS Principle for allowing this Event to take place at the DHS Gym!

as lady fighter stated this is a free class to all woman and young girls.... so come one out... the information you learn could help prevent you from becoming a victim to a violent crime. we will be covering lots of topics from patterns of offenders to how to best defend and escape an attacker..

i think i will also be the practice dummy for the class.... so it should be fun!!!!1 hope to see you there.....
