Anyone missing a male black lab?

We took our dog to the park downtown and were walking near the fountain when a male black lab without a collar came up to us. Our dog doesn't like other male dogs and so I took him another way. Jim stayed to see if the dog had any identification. The dog was really friendly and seemed to be a younger dog but full grown.
We couldn't take him home with us because of our dog but would like to find his owners. I tried calling Lucille Carpenter but she was out of town. I'll try her again tomorrow at work.
I sure hope this sweetie pie is reunited with his family!

I live downtown and usually walk on main st. and I see the dog you are most likely talking about almost everyday usually in front of one of those houses on main.

My sister used to live near the river on main last year and we used to see a black lab wandering around. Maybe the same one.
