I meant to get this on sooner but I've been incredibly busy with work. Bear with me because this was my first public video is several years. Ya'll should find this first video quite humorous. It contains several members of Demopolislive just hanging out at the BBQ Cookoff. Hope you enjoy and check back for more later.

The videos were great Vegas! Even got to see what a few of our newer members looked like that I haven't met yet and a few I already knew. :)
Can't wait to see the one you did of the night parade and fireworks. Did you do it from our back yard? I wanted to say hi to you guys while you were at the house but we had so many folks coming and going that I lost track of you completely! :( You would have thought my sweet son Dave would have introduced you guys to me when you first got there with all your gear, but noooooooo. JK :) It was all so much fun that night and the fireworks were gorgeous. I hope you were able to get them all. Thanks for all your hard work for D'live!

Sorry that I missed you at the BBQ cook off.
Thanks for posting, but mostly thanks for making the videos so that others who were not able to be at COTR could share in the fun.

Thank you so much Angelwing. J. Flockery and I had a great time with the parades Saturday. The night parade we actually recorded onto J's laptop while the stream was running, I didn't put it on tape but we will have it up hopefully in a couple of days or so. I may have to edit it some because I was having camera difficulties at first (actually operator errors). J. Flockery, Bamaraised, and I had a great time with the Childrens Parade and then that night J. Flockery and I had another great time with Papa2 in your backyard. We learned alot about the BBQ Cookoff from him that night. We wouldve hung around afterwards but we were getting tired from all the going and going and going that day. Thank you also for letting us hookup to your internet that night so that we could put the stream up. Hopefully another time we will be able to hang out when we're not so busy. You have a beautiful home by the way. We're thinking next year maybe we can set something up around the Civic Center to get the whole parade and fireworks and all of COTR at night in all of its awe. This year was just a test run for what will be a bigger and better broadcast next year.
Sorry that I missed you at the BBQ cook off.

Thank you RhondaRoo. We knew there were many people that didn't get to make it to town so at least this will give them a taste of what everything was like. I'm working on a little something different for Art in the Park so be looking for that.

Thanks AUFAN. You know I can be a little on the crazy side. I love video cameras and any chance I get to be on the front side of one instead of the back I'm going to take it. I'll get everyone else warmed up to it though. I've already warned several people that you never know when I'm gonna whip it out....the video camera....whip out the video camera. LOL

Ok, now picture this. You're at Art in the Park and all down Main Street there are two rows of food vendors from Washington St to Capitol St. You're looking for that certain something. Maybe it's funnel cake or chicken on a stick. But then you see it, "fried candy bar", a candy bar deep fried with funnel cake batter topped with powdered sugar and a stick shoved through it to hold it. In this next video you'll see Bamaraised and Buckblasta having some fun with this creation. Also featuring J. Flockery in his film debut cameo.

Thanks Vegas! It was nice to see the Elf float in action! My kid and mother in law were on that one. I never got to see the parade because I was directing the traffic at the start point. :D
