Remember the three-channel days, when after school TV was Gilligan's Island, Brady Bunch, the After School Special, and maybe some cartoons? (Remember El Kabong!)

LOL. I do not remember El Kabong. My little bro watched a LOT of afterschool TV. He ran straight off the bus and all the way up the road and crashed into the house and flipped the tv on and fell in the floor in front of Gilligan's Island. It was the only time anyone got any peace, so no one really complained about Ginger, Mary Ann, Gilligan, The Skipper, The Professor, Mr. Howell, Lovie, the radio, the coconut cream pies, the huts, the isle, the S.S. Minnow...........

I loved to watch Gold-R and Silv-R ( however you spell it) on TBS. It seemed like the Atlanta station had better cartoons. I also liked Gilligan's Island and never could understand WHY they never got off the island with so many opportunities at hand! For those that never heard of Gold-r and Silv-r ....they were early versions of Power Rangers. I also liked Soul Train.
