Found Cat
I live in the Phil Harper/Forest Brook area and I have had a kitten to appear at my home. It is a black/grey tabby kitten with a red collar. It is driving my cat INSANE!! Please PM if you know who this kitten may belong to.

That looks like a kitten that Clydes pet had for adoption it also looks about the same age. My friends adopted one from them and he looks about that same size. Maybe if it was one Clydes pets adoptions that she would know who got it. It's a long shot but you never know.
