As Always the Price is $65 for 6 Weeks!!
Each participant recieves a diet & meal plan guide with lots of motivation and support!!!


Classes Include various exercises and types of conditioning:
cardio, kickboxing, Yoga, calestincs/aerobics, Pilates, isometrics, muscle toning, weights, etc. Lots of Burning and Strength Training!!
Each class is different but each class holds a punch to it! Hope you'll come try us out!

If you want to lose weight, get in shape, reduce stress, and have a great time while doing it, these classes are for you.
But be warned - Lady Fighter is looking to get back in shape after having a baby recently, so she's going to in the middle of it pushing herself to the limit. Hope you can keep up.

Well, The Morning Classes will be 4 days a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 8:30 AM

We ONLY need 2 more people to sign up and classes will start Sept. 1st!!!
