HELP! Son is in band! Need Trombone!!! Anyone have suggestions? A used one in closet??? I know NOTHING about them but want my son (Chance) to have something to play!!! Cant use the THink method all through beginner band! Please let me know if ya'll have any ideas or any to sell! Thanks!!!!

Maybe a little too far for you but there is a place in Selma or Montgomery that sells used instruments. Some larger cities may even rent them.
The best thing about living in a small town is.... when you can't remember what you have done, someone else will!

Ask Mr Bonds about people that played trombone in the band that has graduated. I know of a couple of boys Josh Julian and Stewart Gwin. Try the parents, they might have them in a closet somewhere.

I actually have one in my possesion, but it is my brothers. Hasn't been played in 12 years. I will have to check with my brother to see if he would like to sell it.

My daughter just gave her sax and flute to the high school to donate to someone who can't afford it. I would recommend calling band directors and stuff like that. If I had one it would be Chance's for sure!
