DLive Game Helps Local
As most who are regulars here know, we have a weekly poker game every Wednesday night. We decided this latest game to help out Meri and her daughter raise funds for the National American Miss Pre-Teen Pageant in Birmingham on May 28th (see this thread) We were able to raise $90 towards the trip. Thanks goes to LPL who organized it, and everyone who came out and enjoyed an awesome night all around. Meri brought everyone lasagna (which was awesome, BTW).

I am so proud of everybody, these fellas really came through ! The food was awsome last night, and blondie had a huge fish on her line !!!! Too bad it snapped off before we could get it in.
Ranger out did himself on the video games and I really appreciate him doing that for us ! Thank you dave by not posting the pics of me half naked chasing the cow last night. Our attendance was at 20 last night with 15 playing. Meri was really cool and can cook like a champ !!!
Some Highlights from last night's game:
Blondie got busted in the head with a chicken bone
Domino's had a surprise one time with a shemale
Aufan enjoys the "wheel barrel"
LPL missed a fish with a bow and arrow
Ranger went out in poker before LPL
Fat jokes were made at Bushwacker

Food was everyones friend

Statpat played D-live spokesman
and much much more......
For those of you who have never came out I encourage you to do so, if your unclear on what we do just ask. It cost only $10.00 for a night of fun.

well i wish her the best of luck. keep us posted on her progress in the pagent. i always have a blast out there. even though i didnt do so well at poker this week. i did however learn how to play spades, now the question is will i remember. dont think anyone wants to be my parnter, i am really bad at it.and one day this week i AM gonna catch a fish, even if i have to jump in after it.

I had a great time as always. Blondie, you did good in spades. We just didn't get to play long enough. All you dlive people that do not come out to the poker night have no idea what you are missing. My wife and I love it. I want to thank LPL's Dad and Grandfather for putting up with us and letting us play at their cabin. They are great guys!!!!

I am stuck here in Fl. or I would budget at least $10 to every night to hang with you guys. If you are this good at being friends with a keyboard then I imagine better in person. Cheers to Pagent and hope for victory
