Family
Are you aware that if we died tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of days?

But the family we left behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives.

Family... you can't pick 'em, but you basically wouldn't give em away for nothing. No matter how much my brothers and I fought, I still love 'em. And I see the same thing with my two boys.

I only have one qualification to your remark. A family is the people who love you for who you are, who want you to succeed, who stick around when your are down and in need, whether they are your father or mother, or brother-in-law, or stepmother, or best friend, or life-partner, or child.

Love, respect, and hope are the cornerstones of a healthy family, not rigid adherence to a model that may not work in ever give situation.
