new restaraunt in demop--Napoleon's
has anyone eaten at the new restaraunt in demop yet?.. i ate there today and the food was very good but they need to work out a few kinks. i know they are new and it will take a little while to get in the groove of things. just be sure and check your order before you leave. i ate the chicken salad and it was very good--except they gave me a plate instead of a chicken salad croissant with chips like i ordered. but that's ok, the food was good and i am willing to give them time to get it together. they are located in the demopolis inn downtown and their phone # is 289-9550. they serve soups ( very good ), salads, burgers, chicken salad and have a daily lunch special ( meat and veggies ). just thought i would get the word out.

I ate there the other day and it was very good!! I had a Hamburger w/ fries and she had the fried chicken salad.. I am with you shortstuff, they have a few kinks but I know they will sort them out!!

We tried to eat there today.............we waited 10 minutes before we asked if we could be seated, another 15 and no waitress or other staff ever came to offer us water or even menus, we left went to Smokin Jacks where the service was good as always.

The new place is The Napoleon and it's in the old Demopolis Inn downtown. Yes Smokin Jack's is Jackie Pooles place. Great BBQ!

i ate there again today. the food was very good again but our orders were still wrong, but i think they're getting there. so far, i think it will be a good restaraunt. by the way, the cheesecake was DELICIOUS!!!
