Knowing the politics in a four county area there this may be true, but lets not rule out this also could be a paid plant from the opposition also.

I fail to see the logic in fabricating a story after an election he already won.

You would think that someone at the voting place would notice someone, wearing a campaign t-shirt, walking around and "assisting" voters. Surely someone there should have said something to this lady that she couldn't do that. Is there not any kind of control over the voting places in that town?
