James B.'s post gave me the idea. I want to do an online tribute to local veterans. I want to do it in flash, so anyone on a computer can come here and watch it, or if you like download the file and view it and send it around, etc. What I need from everyone are pictures of yourself, friends, family etc in the military. They can be currently, or from any time period in any branch of the armed forces, as long as it's someone you know is from here or family of someone who's from here.(It's a local tribute). I need pictures and any information on the person or persons in the photo(name, age, rank, war, branch, alive or dead, etc.) You can post the pic in this thread, by hitting reply and using the attach file feature. All pictures should be in jpeg format. If you'd rather e-mail the pic, you may do so by clicking here. (mailto:d-3@mindspring.com) If you have pictures that need to be scanned and want them included, you may take your picture by The Angel Wing Gallery, located on south Cedar Ave(next to Bama Auto Parts). Karen is a professional artist and frame maker and will take great care of your photo while it's scanned. I want to thank everyone in advance that help me with this project. I believe it will turn out very nice.
