New Football stadium...
I would love to hear everyone's opinion of the idea of a new football stadium. I personally would LOVE for us to build one at the High school with a track, parking lot, ....whole 9 yards. Our school system is exceptional, our students are excelling both in the classroom & on the field & I feel that NOW is the time to build a new facility.

Bond, loan, fundraising....I have heard lots of different scenerios. I just think it is something that we need to do whatever it takes to make it happen.

I would love to see a new stadium.. I think that we need one because when schools bring in a band and very many visitors their side is filled up and people are standing along the fences and every where else. Also it would be better parking. I hate to find a place to park and then getting out is a problem as well.. I am sure that their is money out their they could get for funding a new stadium..

New stadiums cost LOTS of money. The system I am sure could get some money allocated from bonds or loans, but the school athletic program would need to foot a generous amount of the bill as well.

Where exactly does the money raised from ticket sales and booster sales for the athletic program go? Is it strictly for the athletic program, or does it get lumped into the education general fund?

Good question Jeff but wasnt they supposed to build a new one at the high school not to long ago when they were building the new school anyways? Its got the area around the school to do it.
