Gotta watch those pop up blockers, they tend to break lots of sites that use pop up windows for verification and such. McAfee's updates are quite often broken by pop up blockers.
download.trojan is a generic name for a multitude of hijackers and pop up engines that Housecall and Norton both detect. Often they cannot remove the entire program as it isn't in their database, so it will kill one file, fixing the problem until the program automatically updates itself again.
