I got this e-mail and thought I'd share it with everyone:
The 168th Engineering Company from Eutaw (& other units around the state) will be coming through Demopolis on Tuesday, March 18th around 9:30 a.m. They are deploying to Ft. Benning and then to the Middle East.
Please come out with signs and flags to cheer them on and thank them. We will try and line up between the Yacht Basin and the police station where they will have to turn. Of course, anywhere along the truck route through Demopolis and out Hwy 80 will work!
Please help us get the word out to as many people as possible.
Two from their company drove trucks for the Demopolis Unit when they deployed and they couldn’t stop talking about what it meant to them to see the turn out for those guys. Let’s do it for them also.
