If anyone has a PS2 that doesn't work, post in. I'm looking to replace my laser and I may buy your old PS2 from you, or if it works out well, fix yours as well as mine.

My PS2 was my reliable game system, as in no driver conflicts, no IPX networking problems (Warcraft 2 anyone?), just pop in a disc and play... well, my PS2 won't play PS2 games anymore, it will read CD's and old PS1 games.

Now I have to work on the system I bought because I don't want to work on computers during my days off. :WTF

Technology is fun, aint it?

Hey, I can fix PS2 as well, there are several lasers for the PS2. I can order them for about $35 or more just depends what laser you have. I will have to know the Model number on your old laser or if you dont have it the model number off the motherboard. Lasers are not compatible between the different models.

The game store in University Mall has quite a few old systems for pretty cheap, if you get hard up.
