2003 Alabama Crawfish Festival
It's that time already??

Gotta love Faunsdale this time of year. Where else (besides Louisiana) will you find a bunch of good southern folks ordering up "Ettoufee".

I plan to create a new section in the Media Gallery dedicated to the festival, so I'll be really needing some submissions from members that are good enough to get some shots.

I LOVE THE CRAWFISH FESTIVAL! All though I have never been to Louisiana to taste their crawfish...but I think I have tasted all that Alabama has to offer and nothing compares to the festival! I am there every single year, normally with a big tent and my own weight in crawfish, etofee, and ice cold beer. Even if you have never tried a crawfish before, you need to come down and try this. 6 yrs ago I thought the mere site of someone eating a crawfish was a little gross, but after my now fiance made me try them one year, I have been love'em ever since!!!

trust me....appearance isn't everything. I know they look bit odd..but once you get eating them its pretty tough to stop!

Someone's had a crawfish stand set up in front of Randy's last few days.

I'm gonna wait till Friday--Great thing about "mudbugs"; what you don't eat you can use for bait:-)
