Fed up with the Golden Arches
I am done with Mc Donalds in Demopolis ! That is the last time they mess my order up ! Ever since Mc D's has changed hands it has gone down hill. I do not blame the workers though, I blame the management and owners ! I am on the warpath this morning ! Back in the good ole days you could talk to Mr. Cunningham and get things straight, but now the new owners are never around and no one knows what is going on ! So from here on out it is Hardees for me ! They have better service and food anyway !
What is your opinion Demopolis ?

What is your opinion Demopolis ?
I don't know about better service but the food is much better. The workers at Hardees never seem to be overly friendly, but I don't go for the friendships.

Amen, they have screwed up my order enough times that I sit right there at the window and check my order. We love Sonic, but heck they shorted us a fry the last 2 times we were there. I bet I'll check my order there next time! Also the McDonald's employees are so rude most of them are down right *****y! O.K. I am finished fussing!

Since I've only lived here for 6 years, so I dont think I ate at the "old" Micky D's but boy do I HATE going there since moving here. My order has been screwed up more times than not and the employees there are the most rude people I've ever encountered.

I blame them for their part.......they are the ones that mess up the orders and they are the ones that act like it's somehow YOUR fault that they messed it up. They are also the ones that carry on personal conversations on the phone and with each other while the lines get longer and longer. And hot food? What's that at this McDonalds? I blame the management for not knowing or not caring that these things are going on.

Maybe if more people did not go there until it's straightened out, it would get their attention.

My order has been messed up the past few times I have gone there. I now check it at the window too. Nothing irritates me more than paying for something and getting home only to find out that I've been shorted. This is a problem they definitely need to fix.

I agree, McDonald's is sooo bad. I thought one day that my husband was going to go on a rampage. People order "No onions" for a reason!! He is allergic to onions so he makes sure to say "No onions", and what do they give you....ONIONS!! They are slow, rude, and don't get the orders right! I love their food, but I hate going up there.
