I'm leaving for work yesterday when I spot this guy in my front yard. The rain and warm weather seem to have the snakes on the prowl lately. I spotted several that same day on my way into Demopolis.

Dang Dave....that's a good size snake.What is it....about 5 ft or so? It appears to be a King snake....did you look it up??

Yea I'v seen lots of snakes this year myself. It's a little early for so many of them to be out prowling. They will be bad this year. That looks like a King snake, but I say, a snake is a snake, and there are only 2 kinds, live and dead. I prefere dead.

Amen to that Randy. Luckily i live on an island where there are NO snakes. If i was back home i would see a rattlesnake a day just about
