Milestones........
I have reaches 2 milestones today..... My 15 year old daughter started her very first job today........ My 10 year old daughter shaved her legs for the first time..... Where did the time go? My babies are growing up too fast and I am getting old......

Bless your heart! My daughters are 16 and 9. Have mercy! They grow up so fast........and so do we! Well, we age on the outside, but not the inside. You are NOT getting older, you are getting better and better and better!

OMG!!! Where HAS the time gone??? I remember when your babies were just BABIES!!! Of course mine are growing up very fast as well. I guess it will all be OK as long as I still feel (and act ) like I'm in my 20's!!!

Today my 16 year old has verbally expressed her interest in a >>BOY!!<< for the first time! I almost passed out! My 9 year old has had boyfriends since she was 2. But, my baby? My 16 year old **BABY** likes a boy! Seems like only a few, very few years ago, she was a teeny tiny little baby. (sighs) Where does the time go? And how did my hair get gray?

Lord knows that I've been asking that alot lately....mine (who'll be 18 in June) has grown into the most lovely young lady I could ever imagine. She's got her head on straight (a tremendous feat since I lose mine half the time) and knows where she's going (I turned left, or was it right? somewhere and Im still lost) and she is steadfast in her walk with God. Where she get's these wonderful traits is beyond me (wonder if they got mixed up at the hospital? lol dont think so, she looks just like me), but I thank the good Lord daily.

First jobs, first dates, first car (yikes!!), there have been many and there'll be many more. Step back, take a deep breath and dont look too hard at the gray hair or that little crinkle that shows up when you laugh......you have and WILL earn every one!

Congrats to your daughter on the new job. The other, eeeekkk, she'll be wishing she NEVER saw a razor but alas, the things we do to be more beautiful.

well i cant say about children growing up since i have none. i turn 21 next month and my parents are still in shock and ask where their little baby girl go. i do the same with my neice. she is 6 and it seemed like yesterday that we were driving to go see her when she was 1 day old. yikes. i hope time slows a down a little. of course after i turn 21.
