Bluetooth

I have recently purchased a Palm Tungstun E2 and I also purchased a Motorola PC850 Bluetooth adapter for my PC (to make the Palm talk to the PC and hotsync and internet). I followed the instructions to the letter on installing the Bluetooth adapter (it plugs into a USB port btw). Everything is working fine EXCEPT the web browser on the Palm. Every time I open the web browser on the palm it gives me "Cannot display page. Check URL or settings". The 2 devices are paired perfectly and they talk to each other and recognize each other. The internet sharing is enabled on both the palm and the LAN settings. For some reason I can't get it to access the internet. Has anyone had this problem before or know someone that does???? The things were expensive and I would like for them to work right. Let me know if someone can help. Thanks!

If guns kill people, then pencils are to blame for all of my spelling errors.

Re: Bluetooth

Do you have any internet firewall software installed on your computer? (ex: Norton Internet Security, McAfee Internet Firewall, etc...) If so, that may be your porblem. I just bought a Palm LifeDrive last week. It has both wireless and Bluetooth built into it. Since I have a wireless router on my internet, the LifeDrive can connect and go out on it's own to the internet without having to use the Bluetooth connection. I have also linked my LifeDrive to my cell phone via Bluetooth, but have not tried accessing internet through it yet.
