I would like to take some time out and thank each and everyone of you for stopping by. You are what makes this site tick, and not enough thanks is given as often as it should.
First of all we would like to thank the Guest. Everyone one of our members started off just like you, reading a thread here and there, popping in when they have time.
Second our Registered Members. If we were a sandwich you guys would be are bread. Most of you are well on your way to being addicted to Dlive ! Don't worry, we offer a full schedule of support groups
And last but not least, our Donating members ! Again if this was one big "Dlive Sandwich" you would represent the thickest slice of meat in the world ! With your donations this site has achieved more than ever thought. Through your kindness, I have seen this group help people when they were in need, sponsor children's dreams and create a sense of family that makes this site so special !

Thank you LPL for such a beautiful post. I am a DLive addict and not ashamed to admit it!! DLive has introduced me to many new friends without it I would've never meet these wonderful people and finally gotten out of the house! Just yesterday some of my DLive friends went above and beyond the call of duty for me....and I love them very much for that. Thank you to Dlive and all of its members and guests you make it all worth while. This place can make you laugh just when you need it or lift your spirits.....For all responsible thank you for this Demopolislive family!!
I feel the site has come a long way since the days of Demopolis.biz. It's always been an interesting site & most times news will hit here first instead of the papers. I've been a member for awhile, but I really became addicted to the site last year while out-of-work due to a motorcycle accident. There's only so much T.V. you can watch & I began visiting the site more & more each day.
Opinions vary, but I like how you can voice your own on this site. Most of the posts are informative and some are quite amusing to read. I think most every member gets some satisfaction out of the site. I know when I don't visit the site for days at a time, I start thinking about what's happin' on D'Live. When I talk to people in town, sometimes they say "Hey I read on DemopolisLive that..." That's good to have a community website so strong & have faithful followers.
I only wish I knew more of the member's identities. I'm sure I may know more than I really do, but putting a face w/ a name is helpful sometimes. I also respect the anonymity that the member's have should they not want to be recognized. Overall, I think the website is truly an asset to our city. Everyone has something to share. I hope the donations continue to come in & the administrators strive to make the site even better.

I agree with Easyrider. I wish I knew who more people actually are. I probably know about 6 actual identities. However, I've run into lots of people who say "You're Roxanne from D'live, aren't you?" Most of those people aren't members, but they like to read the site.
If you like to read it, why not join it? Share your opinions! Most of hte time you'll receive support, sometimes you'll get shot down, but basically this is a place to be honest about how you really feel. It is a cool place to be.
