Looking for a house

I have just recently sold my house and need a new place. I really do not see much on the market that I am interested in. Looking for something in town with at least 3br/2b preferably with a fenced in back yard. Price range is up to 230K so if anyone would like to sell there house just pm me and we can talk.

If it comes down to it I will rent but really would like to buy.

There is a house next door to me for sale on north Main. Great view of the river, large work shop in back, fenced in back yard, two story. Stained glass windows, fireplaces, refinished hardwood floors throughout. I think they are asking 169,000 or there abouts. It does need some work on the front porch though but with that fixed would be absolutely gorgeous.

There's a nice house 2 streets over from me that just went on the market--most likely in the $180s. Two story and very nice--belongs to Steven and Carol Holtzclaw...listed with Bill Mackey. You should be able to get on his website for pics and price.
