It was also called the Vine and Olive back in the early 70's

not to change the subject, but has anyone eat at Randy's Steak House? We have not, but I think its because of the location. Not a good place to start a Steak house, too many people remember how greasy and nasty the waffle house was.

I have once, was impressed with the clean atmospere, not impressed with my hamburger steak

I think it was called Dirty Joe's House of Grease a while back.

It was Sam's Cafe after the Vine and Olive.
My grandmother owned it and The Coach House (Ellis V)
at the same time

We have a pic of "Sam's Cafe" in the Gallery. I knew it looked like where Randy's Steak House is now, but was never quite sure. Nice post Mustang65.
