Does anyone else have a case of "the crud?" I have been sniffling and sneezing for three days, and eating lots of cold medicine.

There is something in the air I think. Everyone I know has the sniffles and nothing works. We need some more rain to calm the dust down. That will help a little.

Take plenty of Vitamin C. In fact, I take one tablet a day + one tab of Vitamin B-12 & haven't been sick in awhile.

Hope you guys get to feeling better!!! Thanks Easyrider, some of us are like kids and need a good reminder to take or vitamins every day. I have always taken a multi and 2 Vitamin C tabs a day.

Unfortunately, with the lack of rain we have had, there has been nothing to help negate the grass pollens floating around so that may be what is causing your problem Bama. And another big unfortunate, ragweed will begin to pollenate next month (mid to late August) and will not die until the first hard freeze. That's what usually gets everybody because even it's pollen is tiny, it looks like a burr and will actually stick inside your nose causing you to sneeze and sneeze and sneeze...

My allergies are killing me. Generally, its not until Ragweed season that I get started. Benedryl is the only remedy for me. It just causes me a horrible hangover. ugh.

My son woke up this morning with crud coming from nose, eyes, ears, and he was barking like a seal....so i think he is sick!!! he is so pitiful though. it is sad. my daughter had the crud and pink eye last weekend and now this weekend he has got it! yeah!!!
Help...I've fallen and I cant' get up!!
