Unfortunately, with the lack of rain we have had, there has been nothing to help negate the grass pollens floating around so that may be what is causing your problem Bama. And another big unfortunate, ragweed will begin to pollenate next month (mid to late August) and will not die until the first hard freeze. That's what usually gets everybody because even it's pollen is tiny, it looks like a burr and will actually stick inside your nose causing you to sneeze and sneeze and sneeze...
