How large is the page you're working on now? If you want, zip the folder where you have it saved and email it to me (dave@demopolislive.com) and I'll bring it up on my FP and see what it is you are talking about. Also, send the pic(s) you are trying to replace.

it's a pretty big site! maybe we can get together or something and i can show you what i'm talking about. this is just one question of many. also i'v what is the most compact music file?
when you start the site music is supposed to play, but it takes forever to download, after about 15min it will start to play. it is currently a wave file.
If you MUST have music, (which btw is a legal issue if it's copyrighted music), best way to do it is in a flash file that contains an MP3. I have a small utitlity somewhere that will do it for you. I'll get it uploaded sometime within a day or so.
WAV is as big as you can get with a music file. If you have a flash file on your front page, you can put an MP3 into that file, and depending on the quality setting you use when you export the movie, it'll stay fairly small. If you just want a tune, you can use a midi file, but that might not be what you are looking for.
