Who is the most guilty?
Of course, they "could" all be innocent, but the odds are against them. I'm wondering out of the 4 big trials going on now, who looks the most guilty?

That is a difficult one, Dave. To pick the most guilty out of those four is about an impossibilty for me!

I am with rob I believe they are all guilty but Mr. Petterson is the worst. I hope that if they are all found guilt they will have to pay for their crime and not get off easy.

I would have to say Scott Peterson - how dare anyone call him "Mr."! I think he is the guiltiest because his crime is the most gruesome.

They are all guilty, in my opinion anyway, but I'm easier on Martha Stewart than on any of the rest of them. She didn't kill or sexually molest anyone, as I believe the others did. Scott Peterson is definitely the worst though. Do they have the death penalty in California? I hope so.

Maybe she can design a new line of prison attire during her "hard time". She will probably go to a minimum security prison. Maybe the one over at Maxwell AFB in Montgomery.
